Alpay set for Chelsea return

Alpay, who missed Villa's midweek Carling Cup victory at Wycombe with a bout of flu, is set to return to the side and partner Mark Delaney in the centre of defence.

Olof Melberg and Roony Johnsen have again been ruled out with groin and hamstring injuries respectively.
