The 20-year-old aggravated the injury in Martin O'Neill's side's last outing against Chelsea and will visit Cleveland Browns surgeon Anthony Miniaci in the United States tomorrow after a recommendation by new chairman Randy Lerner, who is also owner of the NFL side. If the surgery is successful, Moore is expected to return to action in the new year.
