Ace Marc Extends His Contract

Starlet Marc Albrighton has signed a new three-year deal to keep him at Villa Park until 2012.

The tricky winger made his first team debut in Moscow in February and he has gone on to shine in a number of reserve team games.

Albrighton, who joined the club aged nine, made his Premiership debut against Wigan on the opening day of this campaign and he is now really pushing for a first team place.

With James Milner and Ashley Young standing in his way for the starting wide berths, Villa's newest star will have to fight his way to the front of the queue but he is clearly more than capable.

Fans of the Claret and Blue will be excited to hear that Albrighton is set to be a Villa player for the foreseeable future and Martin O'Neill along with everyone else at the club obviously has high hopes for the player.
