Attacking threat realised

Villa's potent attacking force has been recognised by the players of the Premier League.
Two of the Claret and Blue's key assets, Gabby Agbonlahor and Ashley Young, have been nominated by their fellow professionals for the P.F.A. Young Player of the Year award.
The pair were particularly instrumental during the first half of the campaign as they often combined for crucial goals.
Young is one of the top assist makers in the League whilst Agbonlahor is one of the top English scorers.
Their form has earned them recognition from Fabio Capello and although Agbonlahor has yet to make his
England debut it is understood that he has really impressed the Italian.

Prodigious

Agbonlahor and Young had been experiencing a mid-season lull until they exploded into life against Bolton just over a week ago.
The speedy striker and the tricky winger then proceeded to crush lowly
Derby, showing they are now back to their best at the business end of the campaign.
Others nominated for the gong include Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo and Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas.
Although you wouldn't back against the Portuguese winning the award, the fact remains that Villa possess two of the most prodigious young talents in the game.
