Barry was awarded both the 'Players' Player of the Year' award and the 'Villa fans Player of the Year' award.
"I have been very pleased with the way I have performed this season and hopefully there is even more to come next season," said the Villa midfielder.
"I know I have got it in me and I always strive to improve every season.
"Obviously I hope that I can also get back on to the international scene but that is down to the manager."
Young defender Jlloyd Samuel scooped the 'Players Young Player of the Year' award.
