French youngster given Villa trial

The 20-year-old former France under-19 international, who can play in midfield or at the back, will train with the squad with a view to a permanent move.

“He’s over here for a week to enable us to get a good look at him," Chief scout Ian Broomfield told the clubs official website.

“He’s clearly got a good pedigree and is very highly regarded.

"We’ve been able to get in quickly and move first to have a close look at him in training this week.”
