Hull have signed Mannone until the end of the season but he has returned to the Gunners while he recovers from a thigh injury.
Guzan joined at the start of the month and made his debut against Leicester.
Meanwhile, defender Paul McShane has been named in the 29-man preliminary Republic of Ireland squad for the Nations Cup game against Wales next month.
McShane, 25, has won 23 caps since making his debut against the Czech Republic in 2006.
