The Peruvian international limped out of the 2-0 defeat against Rovers and O'Leary said: "Nobby Solano could be out for a month with a hamstring."
The Villa boss also revealed his decision to replace Gareth Barry with Peter Whittingham early in the game: "Gareth was not well before the game," he said.
