The pair worked together at Leeds, with Mills even earning England caps and having festered in Manchester for a few years, Tubbs ostensibly believes he is due a renaissance. The Manchester Evening News claims that Villa are one of the few clubs who could offer Mills the kind of wages he is earning at City. Certainly, on of the few clubs dense enough.
