The next fixture that awaits is a visit to the Madejski to face Reading who have lost seven on the bounce. This could be something for the lads to look forward to, but after the defeat to flagging Fulham the focus must be on hard work.
There can be no complacency at this stage of the season and you can be sure that Everton, Liverpool, Man City etc will be pushing hard.
Hopefully the break will rest and revitalise players such as Gabby Agbonlahor and Ashley Young who have played almost every minute this season.
