Thomas Sørensen and Denmark also kept their qualification hopes alive as two goals from Søren Larsen set them on course for victory against Albania in Copenhagen. Denmark remain just three points behind Group 2's second-place team Turkey, whom they face on 3 September, with a game in hand.
