Nigel Reo-Coker and Marlon Harewood must be prepared for a warm welcome at Upton Park on Sunday as Villa's race for Europe reaches fever pitch.
A win for Martin O'Neill's men could see them claim fifth spot if Everton lose at home to
Newcastle but if not, then it will at least guarantee an Intertoto spot.
Reo-Coker is likely to start in midfield for the real Claret and Blue whilst Harewood will face a chorus of boos as he makes his way to the substitutes bench.
The clash also marks Olof Mellberg's last ever game for Villa and it could be the same scenario for skipper Gareth Barry.
Barry has been strongly linked with
Liverpool and many Villans wouldn't be surprised if it's destination Anfield for the midfield maestro.

Dramatic

But the focus must be on European football no matter where the current line up will be playing it next season.
Villa have shown admirable skill and spirit throughout the campaign which has seen many notable performances.
They have already claimed three dramatic draws in the capital including a fine display at
Chelsea.
Villa's performance at
Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day epitomised the determination and the belief which has been instilled in the side.
The 3000 travelling fans will be hoping for more of the same on Sunday but will believe their side can go one better and charge to victory.
One thing's for sure, mental strength must be the order of the day, no more so than for Reo-Coker and Harewood who have been lambasted by the Upton Park faithful.
Both players criticised their former club and won't be welcomed back.
Amidst a burning and raucous atmosphere both players must stand up and be counted. Harewood could be crucial coming from the bench whilst Reo-Coker will be expected exhibit his tough tackling in the midfield.
Alongside him, Barry must come back from probably his poorest display of the season in the lacklustre defeat to
Wigan last time out.

Hoorah

The captain marvel had been in supreme form prior to that encounter and must rediscover his immense desire.
For former skipper Olof Mellberg it's one last hoorah in the English game.
Mellberg is a Villa favourite and may even be given legend status at the club. That would be even more likely if he helps Villa into
Europe in his final season.
Martin O'Neill has no injury worries ahead of the game meaning the players who performed so poorly last weekend will get a chance to redeem themselves.
For the home side Matthew Upson and Anton Ferdinand look set to miss out meaning Lucas Neill should partner James Tomkins in central defence.
If that is the case, Villa will aim to exploit the defensive reshuffle with their potent attacking force.
The season is nearly over but it's all to play for at Upton Park.
For Mellberg the message is farewell, for Barry it's stay, and for all of the Villa squad it's finish the job you started.
